Rob Machado is an award winning journalist who has been on staff or done freelance projects for several major media companies including NBC Universal, The Weather Channel, Post-Newsweek, Raycom, Media General, The European Broadcasting Union and Other Half Entertainment. Rob has worked in major news markets including Tampa, Miami, Orlando, Raleigh and St. Louis. He won an Emmy Award and his work has also been recognized by several other organizations including the Associated Press and The Society of Professional Journalists. In addition to his professional work, Rob is also a volunteer with Stray Rescue in St. Louis. He has also been involved in causes to support Pets Are Loving Support, The Humane Society and Angels Among Us. He currently resides in St. Louis, Missouri.
